The President, in terms of the authority given to him by the Council at its 351st meeting held on 12th February, 2016, has constituted a Group on Independent Auditors comprising the following members:-

• CA. Tarun Ghia, Convenor
• CA. Jay Chhaira
• CA. M.P. Vijay Kumar
• CA. Debashis Mitra
• CA. Shyam Lal Agarwal
• CA. Sanjay Vasudeva

CA. Namrata Khandelwal, Deputy Secretary would act as Secretary to the aforesaid Group.
