Madam/Dear Sir,

The President, in terms of the authority given to him by the Council at its 351st meeting held on 12th February, 2016, has constituted a Group for creation of Ombudsman and formulating Whistle Blower Policy with the following members:-

• CA. Dhinal Shah, Convenor
• CA. M.P. Vijay Kumar
• CA. Sanjay Vasudeva
• CA. Sripriya Kumar

Mr. G. Ranganathan, Deputy Secretary, would act as the Secretary to the aforesaid Group.

The said Group will submit its report to the President.
