Madam/Dear Sir,

The President, in terms of the authority given to him by the Council at its 351st meeting held on 12th February, 2016, has constituted a Group to suggest norms for making Cooptions in non-standing Committees with the following members:-

• CA. S.B. Zaware, Convenor
• CA. M.P. Vijay Kumar
• CA. N.C. Hegde
• CA (Dr.) Debashis Mitra
• CA. Sripriya Kumar
• CA. Manu Agarwal

Mr. Rajesh Bhalla, Deputy Secretary would act as the Secretary to the aforesaid Group.

The said Group will submit its report to the President.
