Madam/Dear Sir,

The Council at its 356th meeting held on 29th, 30th June and 1st July, 2016, while considering the recommendations of the Examination Committee with regard to modification of the terms and conditions of the Scheme for Overseas Citizen of India (OCI), decided to constitute a group to look at the said scheme in totality and come back to the Council with its recommendations in this regard.Accordingly, the President, in terms of the authority given to him by the Council at its 351st meeting held on 12th February, 2016, has constituted the said group with the following composition:-

• CA. Prafulla P. Chhajed
• CA. G. Sekar
• CA. M.P. Vijay Kumar
• CA. Sanjay Kumar Agarwal

Shri Rakesh Sehgal, Director will act as Secretary to the said group.
